Can I schedule a grooming appointment during a boarding reservation?
Yes! Boarding & Daycare guests will have access to the full-service grooming salon during their stay but we need to know ASAP so we can get you scheduled with an available stylist. We will make every effort possible to schedule the grooming appointment near the end of your pet’s stay.
My dog just got their vaccinations. How long do we have to wait before we can start using your services?
If your dog has never received the vaccine, or it is outside of the one year veterinarian window, we require them to receive the vaccine at least 14 days prior to their boarding or day care stay. This allows the vaccine time to absorb into their system, and also gives you time to make sure there is no reaction.
Do the dogs ever get hurt?
Similar to children on a playground, it’s possible for dogs to sustain very minor injuries while at a doggy day care. During normal play, a dog may get small scratches, nicks, or lose a bit of fur. More serious injuries are very rare. If serious treatment is needed, we will rush your pup to your personal vet or the emergency vet if your vet is unavailable.
