Yes. Booking an appointment for a grooming service ahead of time ensures that you and your pet are not kept waiting any longer than necessary.

For the health and safety of all guests and groomers, we require proof of current vaccinations based on your pet's age. Requirements include:

-Rabies

-Distemper/Parvo

-Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Vaccines must be administered 5 days prior to reservation date.

The amount of time a grooming service takes depends on your pet's size and the type of service requested. Your groomer will be able to provide an estimated time of completion at check-in or over the phone.

To have uninterrupted care by one designated stylist, less kennel and wait time, you can upgrade your service to the express groom. This is a solution for dogs who get anxious and for brachycephalic breeds, such as French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boxers.

It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible, so he/she can get used to the all the sights and sounds and learn to love the grooming salon. After all, your pet will be hairy for the rest of his/her life. So we recommend they come in as soon as they have had their second set of vaccinations from the vet.

Your puppy can enjoy all our grooming salon services! We offer a puppy shampoo specifically formulated for a gentle cleanse on your puppy's skin and coat, and all our shampoos are safe for puppies 12 weeks and older.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of animal care and safety.

A few ways we ensure your pet's safety in the grooming salon is by:​

-Using ramps or steps for senior dogs to get into the tubs or bathe really large dogs on the floor

-Providing industry-standard comfortable and safe kennels

-Utilizing tools designed to help safely maintain control of your pet's body and head while on the grooming table

-Dog-to-dog contact is prevented while pets are in the salon

-Salons are cleaned & disinfected throughout their entire visit

It is actually not safe for you to stay and watch your pet being groomed. Your pet loves you very much and will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you. That is not safe when we are using sharp scissors and clippers around your pet. Even just smelling or hearing you in the front waiting room will get your fur baby excited. It’s best to drop off your pet at his/her scheduled appointment time, and then come back when he/she is completely done. Feel free to give us a call on the phone any time to find out how your pet is doing.

Before your pet comes to the salon, we strongly recommend they have a chance to relieve themselves. They may want to have a meal first, but keep in mind if your pet is nervous, he/she might do better with an empty stomach, so they don’t get sick. Feel free to bring along any special blankets, toys, or treats that you know your pet loves. Also, feel free to bring a photo of the type of haircut you would like to request.

Tipping is at your discretion. Standard tips are 15 - 20 percent of the total cost. You'll receive an invoice at the end of your appointment with an option to add tip for your groomer.
